Breydon Water sits where the Norfolk Broads begin - that stretch of water most people only see from a boat. Here, you're close enough to walk it. Close enough that the light changes differently in the morning. Close enough that it feels like part of why you're here, not just something nearby you might visit if the weather's right.

The park splits into two villages, ten minutes between them on foot. Yare on one side. Bure on the other. Both yours to use as an owner. Not one or the other. Both.

Yare Village is where the noise lives, the good kind. Heated outdoor pool when the sun's out, filled with families who've stopped checking the time. Multi-sports court if someone's competitive, or if the kids just need to burn off energy before dinner. The Boathouse Bar serves food and drinks without you having to get back in the car – the sort of place you end up in more often than you planned because it's easy, and because you're on holiday. Entertainment most nights. Live acts, themed evenings, quiz nights where you recognise half the faces from last time you were here. The sort of place where kids make friends by lunchtime and parents finally sit down by dinner.

Bure Village runs quieter. Indoor pool for days when the weather turns or mornings when you've got it to yourself. Gym that's actually equipped - proper machines, free weights, enough space that it doesn't feel like you're working out in a cupboard. Useful if you're the type who still wants a morning session even on holiday. Useful if you're not, but like the idea of being that type for a week. Cool down in the pool after. Stretch out. Take your time. No one's rushing you.

Both villages. All facilities. Wifi across the site, though you might not use it as much as you think. You might not want to.
